Weapons of Mass Destruction in Tanzania?

Well,not really.But a quick look at the above picture showing members of the notorious Tanzania Police Field Force Unit (FFU)  in their anti-riot gear could mislead you into thinking they were bracing themselves for a chemical or biological attack of some sort!
